Chris was an absolute delight to work with. We never had to call and ask for updates, he was always on his game. He took the time to understand us as buyers and came to us with recommendations instead of us asking to look at houses. He was adaptable to our schedule and always made himself available for us. He worked hard to get us into the home of our dreams. We had a difficult seller, but Chris made the process so much easier. We were able to get a USDA loan and Chris was very knowledgeable with this type of loan. When the house appraised for less than our AOS, Chris took it upon himself to find better comps and worked with our mortgage company to get the outcome we needed.
