Chris Hoem was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. I was having trouble with a current appraisal for my refi when he offered to do a market evaluation of my home. He provided me with a detailed description and personal explanation about my home's worth, taking into account its unique features and great neighborhood. He valued my home way above the current appraiser, who didn't even value it as high as the county tax assessor. Six months later, I received my new tax bill, which raised the value of my home to be in the same ball park as Mr. Hoem's evaluation. Chris was right on the money.
