Chris was ultra helpful in his ability to find us a house. He sat with us (via phone) and went over what we wanted in the ideal house. Understood our situation (Out of State move, limited timeframe to find a house). By using his extensive knowledge of the area, market, and network; Chris was able to find us a match in less than a week when we drove down to look at houses. From the start to the finish, Chris was there every step of the way helping as needed.

He was talking to lenders, realtors, and inspectors while in Disney world for his daughters birthday (you could hear the kids in the background) he was trying to close the deal before hurricane Irma arrives here in Florida. (when the governor declares an state of emergency ALL deals stops) and in such cases extension are a must. As soon as Irma passed, His first stop was to look at my future home for exterior damages and call me for my peace of mind. (I am 200 miles away). He is with you at all times of the deal, simplifying the process. He makes the experience an enjoyable journey. Things of this nature are not measure with stars.
