Chris Jackson was extremely helpful throughout our home-buying experience. She made herself available when we needed to house hunt, since we were relocating from out of state, and gave us as much time as we needed to go through houses. When we listed our home, we were relocating out of state. We became VERY dependant on Chris to assist us, as nobody was at our listed home, and we had nobody else to help us with some of the details that go along with the home sale process. First, I'd like to say that Chris was VERY aggressive in showing our home; including an open house almost every weekened. We wound up with three offers in the first four months, during a very tough market (and with a house that was emptied of furniture <and what little we did leave behind, she disposed of once the house was sold> and needed a little bit of updating). When we finally did accept an offer, Chris was there for us up and beyond the call of duty--she was there for inspections, she was there when additional repairs were needed, to let contracters in....and to top it off----when we needed to have our well inspected, because our water had not been used and our softener shut off for a few months, she literally sat in our house for a few hours, to allow the "crud" to run out through our water, so that we could pass the inspection! Further, Chris was very good at communicating with us...we were in full communication with everything going on, feedback from potential buyers, and even for things like weather conditions impacting our home and property (and requiring us to contact out for snow removal or leaf cleanup, or grass cutting).But, aside from Chris' dedication, most importantly, she is extremely genuine, very personable, and truly cares about her clients. I cannot speak highly enough of Chris; I don't think too many would go to the lengths to help her clients as Chris did. I highly recommend Chris Jackson---10 stars!
