- Chris helped me buy a home
Chris was absolutely amazing. His knowledge of the area and the homes we looked at were outstanding. He didn’t use a cookie cutter detail from the listing he would dig a bit deeper to get real details. He answered any calls, emails, or texts very quickly. He has been very easy to work with and as a first time home buyer he explained everything in a way I was able to understand, from making an offer to physically taking my keys from the seller at signing. Chris was very professional and as we went through the process it was easy to see he has a strong network of connections. After the closing process Chris continued to make sure things ran a bit smoothly with switching over any gas/electric/water bills and provided me with a list of numbers for the companies that service my home. I could not have asked for better representation.

Chris worked hard to find us our perfect vacation home. He was tenacious, direct, and trustworthy. Unfortunately and due to no fault of Chris, the first place we found did not work out, but he stuck with us for an extended time until the right place came on the market and then aggressively worked to make the deal happen for us. We could not be more thrilled!

It was not an easy process and a couple options fell through, but he was so patient and did all of his homework to find us the perfect house for us. He played with our kids and held our son on more than one occasion while we looked around/talked to inspectors.
