I contacted Chris from looking online, no one had referred him to me so basically I was "going in blind". I couldn't be happier with my choice to go with Chris and Lamoureux Real Estate. Chris was very patient as I had some financial issues I had to work out first, which held us up for a bit prior to actually being able to purchase our home. He put me in contact with a Loan Originator who worked hard for us also. Every step of the way Chris was there to help us through the process and answer any question I had, and there were a lot of them! His experience regarding the area and homes in general was very thorough and it showed. If you want someone who cares about selling you, not just a house, but the right home you seriously cannot go wrong with Chris. I dont normally do reviews but I highly recommend him.

We began our home search because we walked into the Lamoureux office with a question about a particular property in the area. Chris made himself available, and he took the time to answer all of our questions. We were looking casually, and Chris did not push us over the three months. However, when we were ready to buy, he connected us to a very helpful mortgage broker, and his responsiveness and communication were outstanding. We put in an offer the same day that we looked at the house, and were accepted. As first-time homebuyers, we relied on Chris' advice throughout the process. We were very happy with the outcome. Chris really did his research on determining the the sale price of our home. He also anticipated we would get multiple offers so he suggested we take offers one week after listing it. The home was staged perfectly. The pictures were fantastic. We received more for our home than we ever thought we would. Excellent job!!

We cannot recommend Chris highly enough. We were looking to buy in the greater Everett area and were referred to his office by an Everett resident who knew that there was no better office for local expertise. After a single quick conversation with Chris, he jumped right in and started sending us listings that matched what we were looking for (not easy). The interface that he uses keeps everything in a single location and is really easy to use. When it was time to go and see listings in person, Chris worked with our schedules. He spent an entire Saturday with us and never made us feel like we were a burden. He took us to see every listing we identified, even when he thought that, for one reason or another, it was not going to be a great fit. He was absolutely right in every case, but he let us discover that on our own. When we found a house that we wanted to move forward on, he held our hands through the whole process--from the initial offer and acceptance to inspections and subsequent negotiations. When things came down to the wire on our closing, Chris not only kept in contact, but drove to the escrow company to make sure we were in good hands (and good spirits). Finally, even after we closed and moved in, Chris stayed in contact and has been a resource for finding local services. The combination of Chris's down-to-earth personality and his total professionalism made the home buying experience smooth and relatively easy.
