Typically, in a team, there is a hierarchy that requires some members to get approval before conducting certain transactions, which slows down the process and dilutes the service. Not the case with Chriss team: everyone was empowered to make decisions, act, and do what they found was in the best interest of the client. This meant that we received the absolute best service every step of the way from every member of the team. In the end, not only did we receive white glove service from Chris and his team, but by following their advice and recommendations which clearly showed their in-depth and nuanced knowledge of the San Francisco market we received multiple strong bids for our property. We sold our property at a much higher price than we were expecting in the smoothest real estate transaction I have ever experienced. Chris helped us sell our home in Miraloma Park and I still can't believe how much he exceeded my expectations in price, service and marketing. First and foremost our goal was to get the most we could for our home. We had some flexibility on moving so we decided on what we thought was a quick remodel that turned into a big reno project we were not expecting.
