My wife and I were scared at first. Going into a market where houses are moving as fast as they are in DFW, we were afraid we would never find a house that fit us without being forced to overpay for it. The Mickle team calmed those fears by keeping us constantly up to date on what was available on the market everyday. When we saw something we just had to go see they were always able to get us a walk through quickly so we had a chance at being the first ones with an offer in. What I liked most about them was their ability to point out problem areas in houses during the showings. If we saw something, or they saw something, that worried us they were able to talk us through best and worst case scenarios before we even put offers in on properties. So without paying out earnest money and inspection fees for houses we might like we were able to make an educated decision about what repairs or items needing to be addressed would cost us upon purchasing a home. At times I felt like I was walking through houses with a realtor and an inspector. When we did find the house we wanted they were able to help us keep things in perspective on what the home was actually worth so we didn't get too emotionally attached and end up overpaying. I met Chris & Angel- when I was researching what type of home I wanted to purchase. For a second-time buyer like myself, I had a lot of questions that google searches couldn't satisfactorily answer. Angel and Chris were phenomenal and more than patient with us. We were out of state buyers and they started working with us initially in the summer of 2014, by phone. They really took the time to understand what we were looking for and showed us what was available in our budget.
