Chris has been helpful from the beginning to end of the process. She followed up with the builders to ensure a smooth process. She was readily available to answer questions at r to meet face to face. She was very helpful in finding properties, visiting them and giving details on the properties she visited in my absence. She absolutely made the home buying process easy. She checked in weekly to provide updates or see if I needed anything. I enjoyed working with Chris and highly recommend her to others.

Chris was amazing at helping us navigate through buying our first home. She went above and beyond at answering all of our many questions and explaining everything. Chris was very accommodating and responsive to texts, calls, and meet-ups. She was very knowledgeable about Dayton and the surrounding areas as well. When we went to work on selling our home she was all of those qualities and more. She was also honest and transparent with the process of selling, and the of value we could expect to receive from our transaction. Chris also went above and beyond with general housekeeping tasks. My husband and I sold our home and moved out of state during the process and Chris helped with our mail, trash, and some indoor up-keep. Chris was absolutely Awesome! I moved from a different state and she was constantly sending me picture of houses and kept in constant contact with me. After finding the perfect house I had to returm back home because I still had a few weeks before starting my new job. While I was home she went to my new home with the inspector to make sure everything went smoothly because I couldn't be there. Everything went great and I was able to close in less than 30 days. Chris was awesome. My son and daughter-in-law used Chris to buy their first home. She was very patient, she took them to home after home after home. When they finally selected the one the process was really quick. I used Chris to sell a house, again she was awesome. She helped us with finding people to get the house ready for sale (painters, general contractor type etc.). Then she had open houses every Sunday until the right buyer came through. That process went quickly as well. Then about a year and a half later I decided to purchase a home. I immediately contacted Chris via email in January or February. She responded right away, I told I wanted to move in July or August, she suggested I wait until April or May to start looking. I found several properties I was interested in. Chris took me to the ones I wanted to see. Finally I found the right one, negotiated and got it. Chris helped me through the whole process. I would continually ask her questions that I should have been asking the mortgage guy, I had no idea what I was doing. She really went above and beyond and I will continue to use her as my agent.

Chris did a great job selling our house. The market was a little tough and she worked hard for us til the final closing. She masterfully navigated two very needy potential buyers, both of which cancelled their contracts after a lot of work done by Chris.Her communication was thorough and timely.
