I cannot say enough about Chris and his amazing service. We started with him about 9 months prior to selling our home. He walked through and educated us on what we should update on our home before selling it. I was reluctant to spend the money, but Chris showed me the math on what return on my investment would be. I chose Chris Westwood to sell my home in Dos Vientos Ranch. He was straightforward without being pompous like some other agents I met. I was getting frustrated with my than real-estate agent and decided to do my research on Zillow. I narrowed down my search to few real-estate agents based on client recommendations. Chris was the first one to respond (within an hour). We were off to a good start. Chris is very personable, great listener, very knowledgable and always ready. No task was too difficult for Chris. If I requested comps going back few years - presto - they were ready. If I asked Chris to organize a house viewing in some odd time - no problem - done!! It was a truly great experience. Chris even helped us plan our remodeling and provided advice, list of contractors (roofers, pool repair, painters). With Chris it was a one-stop-shop. Ours was a "long distance' home sale. We had already moved out of the area, o Chris could arrange for removal of popcorn ceiling, painting, and new carpets without needing to work around furniture. Chris made me feel like I was the number one customer. Though he was busy, he always made time for me. When I needed information about anything, he was very quick and efficient about getting back to me. Since I was first time buyer and did not know much about buying a house, but he explained everything very thoroughly and was extremely resourceful at finding any other person I might need, like an appraisor. Chris is a very good realtor and we enjoyed working with him through a very stressful 30 day escrow. Chris did his best with the lender (Bank of America) , but the escrow closed 2 days late, (no fault of Chris' )which caused many difficulties with scheduling, etc. We'd recommend Chris highly to all but don't recommend a 30 day escrow in this market.
