From our first meeting with Chris, we knew we were in excellent hands. Chris was quick to provide expert advice on pricing, staging, and negotiating offers. He held two open houses in the first 2 weeks and our house was under contract in 3 weeks. He walked us though each stage of the house selling process. This was the third house we have sold in the last 9 years and it was definitely the smoothest of the three. If we ever move back to Florida, we will without a doubt call Chris!

We found Chris on the internet two plus years ago when I was looking to rent. We weren't able to find a place we like at the time, so we stayed where we were. We kept Chris' number and email address.
