We haven't had the best experience with realtors in the past... Chris was the complete opposite of that. He led us to our forever/dream home. He worked with what we were looking for, our schedule and most importantly he stayed within our budget. And unlike many he didn't make any comments about that budget or the old...what's taking out a little more on a mortgage on our dream house spiel. We appreciated his input and ideas especially because we are new to the state and area. He was so friendly, easy to talk to and just down to earth. Always available by text, email or phone (even after typical business hours). I really cant recommend him highly enough

Chris is AWESOME! He was so kind and willing to work with my Husband and I until we found our dream home! He told us the first time we met that he wanted to see us in the perfect house for us, no matter how long that took to find. He was so patient with us and showed us SO many houses. He never pushed us to buy a house, he truly had our best interest in mind during the whole experience. Chris was incredibly professional from the first moment we contacted him. We asked him for a realistic price for the house we were selling. He suggested a price, explained his reasons for the amount, and we went with it. Within five hours of making the listing active, we had an offer! Throughout the negotiations, any time we had a question, Chris was quick to respond to our questions and knew exactly what to do. From the time we got the offer to closing was only seven days! The closing went smoothly. Everyone left happy. Ive been a seller as well as buyer a number of times, and this was by far the easiest transaction Ive experienced. I will not hesitate to use Chris again or recommend him to my family and friends.

Chris made buying our first home very enjoyable. He kept us in the loop along the way and really stepped up when we hit a snag to help us overcome a big obstacle. I definitely recommend if you want someone who is honest and work hard to find you the right home

Chris is a very people oriented person and did a wonderful job with selling the house. The pictures he had taken were awesome and the house was listed and under contract in 8 hours. I was the seller of the property and it was a very hard time for me because it was my parent's home that I grew up in and they both have passed. Chris knew how hard this was on me and was very sympathetic and understanding of the situation. I would highly recommend him for any real estate need. He is awesome to work with.
