Chrissy Hammer was our wonderful agent that helped us sell our Lake Arrowhead home and subsequently found our almost lake front condo. As the condo purchase was a short sale, the transaction process was a bit more complicated than a traditional transaction. Chrissy was on top of all details and kept us in the loop at all times. Chrissy is a detailed wonderful agent who has a great personality! With our home purchase she fought to get us the best price and we always felt she was on our side!! I would recommend her to anyone who wanted to buy a home in that area!!

Chrissy was a perfect combination of professional and personable. Although we ultimately decided not to buy a house in the Lake Arrowhead area, we thoroughly enjoyed looking at houses with Chrissy and definitely would have continued to use her services.

We were thinking of buying a second home in Lake Arrowhead and so I scheduled an appointment with a gentlemen to look at a few homes. We were having a hard time connecting for him to show me some homes and so I decided to walk down to the village. I was browsing some homes posted in the window and decided to walk in. I am SO glad that I did. Immediately Chrissy talked to me about my needs, we went driving around to look at homes. I actually left my husband and kid at the restaurant! :) She took me to see several homes and I fell in love with one over my budget, but fit our needs. We were in the process of building our home, so it didn't suit us to make an offer at that time. Chrissy was so kind about it. The home was unlisted and relisted a year later and she sent me an email telling me it was back. We placed an offer. The sellers were not easy and we had some issues come up with the home, but Chrissy was on it for us. She met with service provider, contractors...whatever we needed (and still need) she was there. Although the experience wasn't smooth, working with Chrissy made it so much easier and pleasant. We now own a beautiful family home and we have a new local friend. She is a gem in Lake Arrowhead and we wish her much success!
