Christian is an amazing broker. As a local Montclairian, she knows her stuff inside and out -- the market, the players, tons about the intricacies of old houses. She never tried to "sell" us on any place; she let the homes speak for themselves, was there to answer our many questions, and the best part -- she graciously hung out with our young kids during home viewings so my husband and I could actually pay attention to looking at the house. If you prefer someone who does not give off a salesperson vibe, and is super informed about 100-year-old homes, Christian is amazing
