We met Christian after he sold our neighbors house and saw there were cars in their driveway all weekend long during his open houses. Because of Covid-19 I was concerned about the idea of people being in and out of my house over the course of weeks or months, but being able to get these offers quickly and safely to limit my exposure to the virus was a HUGE plus. I had a great experience working with Christian, when selling my house he was able to attract a lot of attention from buyers, even though the house had some needed repairs and projects to finish up. He helped me navigate through a tricky inspection process, appraisals, and even solar panels! When we did run into issues getting the solar contract so we could close he took every action he could to get it done and we thankfully closed on time. Although I don't plan to move soon, I know who I will call when I do!

Christian did his best to answer all my questions and keep me updated with what was going on throughout the sale of my house. He usually answered his phone no matter how late I called. If he didnt he either texted me or called me back later.
