Christie was W-O-N-D-E-R-F-U-L !! We live in Western North Carolina and, wanting to come back home to the coast, were interested in purchasing a home somewhere in the Finger Counties of Eastern North Carolina. Being long distance, I was counting on family members to be my local eyes and Christie was MORE than accommodating to our unusual needs.I found Christie quite by accident as I looked through Zillow and chose her by her kind eyes and smile that her photo portrayed and I am VERY happy that I went by my instincts ! When I first made contact, Christie was available right away to show the first house we were interested in and within only a few days a date was scheduled on the calendar. The day before her appointment to meet with my cousin - who was driving down to Edenton from Virginia Beach, another little house popped up on my computer screen and there was no trouble at all for her to show that one to them as well. Needless to say THAT would be the one to become our New Home !Christie worked tirelessly making sure that there was good communication between all of us involved. We, the buyers, as well as the sellers all lived quite a distance away and getting timely information sent out, questions answered and signatures processed was no easy task for the agents involved but Christie got things done for us. Even my loan processor told me this was one of the easiest transactions shes ever been involved in in all the years shes been in the home loan business ! On a more personal note: My Mother and I purchased our Little Lavender Cottage and kept it secret from our family for a month after the closing in order to make the news a Christmas Surprise. Thank you, Christie, for helping us keep our little secret and know that there was MUCH excitement in our house on The Most Holy Night of the Year.

Additionally, she had a very flexible schedule and worked openly and to no end to help us see the house, even at her expense. She was polite and very resourceful.
