f you are considering hiring Christina... DO IT! As first-time buyers, we were new to the game and our search lasted (on and off) for nearly a year. Christina never tired and remained eager to find us the perfect house, showing us many over that time and helping us to make offers. On numerous occasions, she exceeded expectations, checking with Town Hall on the status of permits or meeting us as soon as possible to see a newly listed house. Rather than pressuring us for a quick sale, she did a great job guiding us away from houses that would have been a poor fit for our needs or require expensive repairs - especially when these things were not immediately obvious. When we finally found the right house, she negotiated a deal that worked for everyone involved, including the seller covering our closing costs, something that was important to us as first-time buyers. By seeing many houses, we interacted with a number of listing agents and I can confidently say that none of them could match Christina in her enthusiasm and experience.
