Christina really cares about her clients and is someone you can trust to take great care of you! My husband and I were first time home buyers and nervous about starting the process. She spent an hour going over the consultation with us to answer any/all questions that we had. Then she had us looking at properties within hours. Christina listed our home in Frederick and was so helpful in determining the listing price and what maintenance we needed to do. She marketed it aggressively and held open houses to generate interest right away. She handled challenges in our transaction and helped us close in the time we wanted at the right pricepoint.

With Christina's guidance, I chose the best offer which was $51,000 above list price with inspection and appraisal protection. Without even thinking the home would come close to the appraising because nothing in the area has sold even close to that recently, Christina worked her magic and helped the appraiser obtain the contract value. It matters who you work with and I would highly recommend Christina's expertise if you are thinking of buying or selling.

As first time home buyers my husband and I were unsure of what area we wanted to purchase in and what type of home we really wanted. Christina was kind and patient as she helped us first narrow down the location based on schools, the areas' history and the areas' future potential, using her vast knowledge of the region. Once we settled on a location, Christina helped us identify our key needs in a home and showed us a variety of properties that met those requirements. She goes through the process the right way, and instead of just throwing houses my way she actually got to know me and what I am looking for in a new home and would hand pick properties that she believed would be a good fit. I did not feel pressure to buy just to get into a property, and her patience was appreciated. Once she found the ideal property based on our discussions and I gave the green light she was extremely thorough and efficient in getting the deal done with the seller, even in this very competitive market. I initially called Christina regarding a home for sale about 2 blocks from where we lived as I wanted to see the property and she was listed as the agent.
