We began shopping on our own, and thought it would be easy to not deal with a buyers agent. Once we realized that took time, and much research we decided we needed a realtor. We met with a couple before hand, but non of them would follow up, or even really show us custom listings. They all just put us on a email blast, and hoped we would be a lucky lottery ticket basically. We were then referred to Christina through friends of ours, and let me tell you, I couldnt imagine a better realtor.
