Now, I've purchased homes in the passed and I've used other relators. They were all good but as being Self-Employed your schedule can be all over the place. Christina understood that and accommodated me very well. She was always available and if I called and she didnt answer she made sure to send me a text. If I needed to see a house RIGHT NOW she made sure she figured out a way to get me in there. She was also very patient with me, I knew by this time what I wanted in a home and I didnt want to just settle. Because I was not going to settle I seen way to many houses to count. Needless to say, Christina is my go to Realtor and I would recommend her and her team their amazing!

Christina was great from the first meeting! She came prepared with details on recent sales in our neighborhood so we could discuss a sales price. She also listened to all our wants/needs for the new house. She never once got frustrated no matter how many times we called or texted. Communication was TOP notch. The house I sold is in College Park and also contains a apartment in it. I have another house and was in no rush to sell or particularly motivated, so I put conditions in - FIRST: I wanted a buyer that was not tearing the house down to build new like what's happening all over college park. SECOND: I wanted aq buyer that was young enough to have children. THIRD: I wanted the house priced right, not to sit on the market more than 2 months. FOURTH: Keep the tenant in the apartment. It sold quick and shockingly, everything was accomplished! I think that just about says it all!

I cant speak highly enough of my experience with Christina Rampersad and The Rampersad Team. She made home buying an easy and enjoyable experience. She is honest and hands-on, quick to respond and will do anything to help. She even went so far as to find the name and distributor of a discontinued tile, just so I could match it with the existing tile. I started the process to build a home through a known builder in the Central Florida area. I was told time and time again by friends and the sales agent at the builder that a real estate agent wasnt necessary when your building a home. I was content with the initial offer they were giving me, but I was hesitant and concerned with a few items. I reached out to Christina at the Rampersad team to ask her opinion on a couple of items.
