We have done 3 real estate transactions with Christina over the past 4 years--2 purchases and 1 sale. For the purchases, she was SO patient, whether it was answering late night calls/texts/emails or playing with our toddler as we walked through different homes. She was great at negotiating the price both times. And, she had great instinct when things seemed off about a house. When we sold, I remember there were probably a dozen phone calls going back and forth between her and I and then her and the buyers' agents as we had 2 competing offers. Things seemed so hectic, but she was super calm and professional. We closed within 6 weeks of listing our home and we couldn't have been happier. And, to top it off, she goes the extra mile to show she cares with Christmas cards in the mail, lovely gifts at closing, and even little personalized presents for our little one. She is simply the best!
