Christina Trabosci

She was a Great! help to us in our search for our new home Christina took the time to walk us thru the processes, so we knew what to expect next up to and including the loan process. Very relaxed with us while being professional. At the time we were in a sellers market. Thanks again Christina.

Christina sold our house for us in the late Spring of last year. She did an excellent job in showing us how to present our home for sale as well as knowledge of our type house to price it for fast sell. She did a great job for us.

Christina is an AMAZING asset to have in your corner whether buying / selling or both. I am a Real Estate Referral Agent and if anyone moving to the area contacted me directly that lead would go to Christina. She is a person of great integrity who is passionate, thorough, thoughtful and persistent. If you are looking for an agent who will never leave you in the dark about any part of your transaction I highly her.

This woman is such an amazing agent! I’m telling you she answers all of your questions and rarely misses your call. If she does, she gets back to you ASAP! She moves houses and is relentless at finding the perfect house for you!

Christina was professional, courteous and we appreciated her guidance and support in the listing and selling of our home.

Christina was absolutely excellent. Her knowledge of the local area, especially the area of our specific interest is without parallel. We had a very specific home criteria and area in mind that contained only three ranch homes. None of which were on the market at the time. Christina was able to secure a listing for one of the ranches that absolutely hit our sweet spot for area, condition, and cost. Our home was listed and sold at fair market value only slightly below listing price. She negotiated the absolute best price for our new home. The closing process was explained thoroughly and completely and there were no surprises at our closing. At no time did Christina fail to make us feel like we were her most valued clients and her highest priority.

Christina is a long time friend of mine and she has a natural talent for this job. She is very knowledgeable of the Lehigh Valley market and has a great work ethic. She is a perfectionist, and very resourceful. Her skills go beyond listing. Having an eye for staging she can recommend small changes you can make to maximize your sales price. When we made the decision to relocate, Christina was who I called to list our house. She marketed our home well and it sold quickly.

Christina literally did everything she could to sell my home. She worked tirelessly and was always available to discuss concerns.

Chris was very responsive and a wealth of knowledge when it came to purchasing my home. She gave me great referrals for inspection and closing services. I have recommended her numerous times - you will not be let down!
