We are Christina Clauss and Barb Swartley, a mother and daughter team with over 55 years total experience in helping people buy and sell homes in the northern Indiana area.
Christina graduated from Manchester College in North Manchester Indiana and sold homes there for 5 years before "coming home" to Goshen in 2000. She immediately earned the Century 21 Rising Star award and has also earned the Centurion award and the Quality Service Pinnacle award, both awards given by Century 21 for excellence in sales and service.
Barb's career began in 1979 and she is the former owner/manager of Century 21 Landmark. Career accomplishments include Century 21 Centurion awards and Quality Service Pinnacle awards. She was Elkhart County Realtor of the Year in 1995.
