There's a reason Christine has only 5 star ratings. I can't say enough about her. Things a seller would want to hear like she sold our for 3K above asking price 20K more than our previous agent wanted to list it at. This happened in less than a week at the end of OCTOBER!. We were having issues with our previous agent. We lost our second contingency offer the night we signed with Christine. We were both pretty upset.
