My wife and I reached out to Christine about 3-4 years ago to investigate the current market for our property in East Wareham. At that time, she was honest with what we could actually get for fair market value, despite that figure being much less than I paid for the property in 2004. Christine was great to work with! She helped us sell our old home and buy our new one concurrently. A couple of unexpected issues came up on the selling side and she was there to assist in solving the problems. Despite some high anxiety on my part, she was there to calm me down and assure that everything would work out - and it did! Even on her personal vacation, she was working with us to help through the issues that occurred. And the communication was great - no matter what time I texted, morning or night (probably way too often!!), I always seemed to get a response promptly. The purchase of our new home went smoothly and we've been happily living in our new home for almost a couple weeks now

Personable Knowledgeable Professional and Communicates Well

I asked Christine to sell a piece of investment property for me and gave her a very short window in which to do so or it would go back on the rental market. She literally had a full price offer for me the first day it was listed. Since I was out of the area during the week after it was under agreement, she took care of getting the smoke detectors inspected, had a refrigerator removed that the buyer did not want, and did the final walkthrough with he buyer. Christine communicated regularly through the whole process and answered all of my questions.....She made the whole experience was smooth and easy. I will definitely use her again for my next purchase or sale.
