Christine was very knowledgeable when we looked at houses about the house condiditon. She didn't sugarcoat any maitenance or repair issues which was very helpful for us as first time home buyers. When we found THE house it was a short sale that lasted 6 months and had a very crazy rushed ending because of the terms of the approval letter. We barely got the house before it foreclosed (But we got it Yeah!). She was very informative about the whole process and really made it happen

I was extremely satisfied with the effort and care that Christine put into finding me a new home. I was on a limited budget, but had a long list of things that I wanted. Chris showed me many homes, and she had a great sense for what I really wanted to see. She didn't take to homes that were out of my price range and try to get me into something that I would like, but would eventually not be good for me. I remember when she showed me the home I eventually bought, she had a feeling that it was going to be just right, and it truly was. The price was right, the neighborhood was great, and it was a perfect fit.I've purchased other homes, prior to the Woodinville home and since.
