Christine Pratt

Christine M. Pratt brings a career of financial and regulatory oversight and compliance to light at a Real Estate level. Her professional history is strong in lending and financial accountability, and in her past roles as the Production Manager/Mortgage Financing Advisor at various National Lenders, she has been constantly responsible for reconciling the financial and operational requirements of each organization. This experience set is invaluable as a Real Estate Professional. Her professional history includes ensuring compliance with State and Federal lending regulations and with project management, lending systems and account design and implementation and the provision of financial advice. She has served as Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Women's Counsel of Realtors as President-Elect, Tresurer and on the Ways and Means Committee. Christine is involved with a range of charitable institutions, including the Tour of Good Cheer and Meals on Wheels.
