Chrisie has assisted us with purchasing 2 homes in the past year for ourselves and my mother. We relocated to the Las Vegas area and she helped us find the perfect location to suit our preferences. She always accommodated our schedule on house hunting trips. She handled getting the requested repairs completed on the new homes. She provided guidance on the offer price and negotiated on our behalf. One of the homes we purchased was in probate. Chrisie helped us understand the process and she monitored the progress. Her knowledge and experience was comforting to us. As busy as she was, Chrisie always treated us as if we were her only client. She never ignored our phone calls and promptly returned our text messages regardless if it was early morning or late evening. Chrisie represented us for the purchase of our first home just four years ago. When it came time to sell, we were referred to various agents. What can I say, Chrissy and Ryan are the best! When we needed to sell our home as quickly as possible, they helped us through the whole process of getting the house ready, appropriate pricing for the property, and then getting the word out about the house quickly. When we had questions either Chrisie or Ryan or Chrisie's assistant Sarah would get back to us as quickly as possible and explain things in a way that we understood. They got the appropriate paperwork at the appropriate time to us in a format that was easy to sign and return to them. They worked well with the buyers, their lender, their inspector, and their appraiser, while at the same time looking out for our interests. What a professional easy experience. Christie and Ryan are both professional, well educated and on the ball when it comes to selling homes. They have a wonderful support staff Sara who is absolutely wonderful. I have sold and bought multiple homes with them. This house took a little bit longer not because of the realtor but because of a few issues with the house and a lot of picky buyers. Ryan and Christie helped find someone to do a few things to make the house sell faster. Once we did a few changes I had plenty of offers on the house. I had a few offers fall through but Ryan made me feel confident with support that it would sell. Of course he didn't let me down once again. The house sold and now we are off to purchase our new forever home. I would highly recommend Christie and Ryan for any realtor needs. I wouldnt use anyone else for my home needs.

I have purchased two homes and sold one with Chrisie and Ryan Krasn. They are professional, knowledgeable and kept me stress free during each process. They even put me into contact with an amazing rental agent for the rental I used in between my purchases. My second home purchase was even easier than the first, with them negotiating a terrific discount for the huge to, several upgrades and set me up with a loan officer who got me very competitive low rates and options to chose from. Chrisie and her team were simply amazing. I live in Alaska and due to the death of a last family member had to deal with probate issues and the sale of the home. Chrisie was highly recommended and I am so grateful I choose her. I certainly received a lot of solicitation. She worked with my probate attorney and kept a eye on the home. The house was priced right and sold quickly and now we are wrapping everything up. She was very responsive to my calls and texts, took care of things that due to distance, I could not. Chrisie is hands down the best realtor in the valley! We had dealt with other agents over the past few years, ending poorly, and Chrisie did everything she could to make sure we were well taken care of. Ryan was great!! I briefly talked to a few other realtors before deciding to use Ryan. The other realtors were not responsive and showed me homes that were no near what I wanted. Where do I begin? This might be a long review, but I cannot express enough how much I loved and appreciated working with Chrisie and Ryan. This was the second house I've bought with them (and first I've sold) and I would never consider going with anyone else. They take a stressful process and make it unbelievably easy.Starting with tours and the offer process, I felt that getting us into tours and showings was their number one priority. It felt like we were the only client and that whatever we needed was handled immediately. I also really valued the honest feedback I got was critical to our decision making process. We didn't just get told what we wanted to hear, we got someone with tremendous experience advocating for us the right way. We definitively had someone in our corner. Offer got submitted and accepted (I should also note that the support staff they work with is A+), and the attention to detail was second to none. Following up with inspectors, following up with my lender, following up with me (since I am very forgetful), everything. Even when we needed to get into the house we were already under contract for to take measurements, we get in same day (and almost always on unreasonably short notice). They are that good.Buying was great, selling was arguably easier. Our house was on the market for 2ish days before we accepted an offer. Photos, listing, write ups, details, everything was 100 percent handled. I almost felt guilty that all we had to do was keep the house clean, it felt too easy.One of the things I appreciated most was right before we closed selling, our buyers had an issue they wanted addressed. Due to our schedules, we had no time or brainpower to devote to this issue. We were told "don't worry, I've got you covered" and that was it. Something that was objectively our responsibility to take care of was just removed off our plate. That is the level of service we got with Chrisie and Ryan.

Ryan was fantastic to work with! We were buying in Nevada while selling in Colorado - Ryan made it very easy to navigate through all the moving parts on both ends of our move! We had some concerns since the property needed a few repairs and we were not able to be onsite due to work and family obligations. They took care of meeting with the contractor, checking/inspecting the repairs, took pictures for us so we could visually see the repairs ourself. Chrisie and Ryan managed the entire process for us.
