As buying a home is every American's dream, it was ours as well. We came from India, heard from our friends about their horror stories of tedious process of buying the home. We were never sure to buy a home,. But, with Christine it was an amazing and quick experience. Christine was very helpful and resourceful in our home buying process. She knows every obstacles in advance which will come during the process. It was very quick. Christine listened to us, showed us the homes of our choice. It took us less than 45 days (including the loan approval & closing) to get us in our Dream House. Its been more than a year in this house. Christine still reminds us about the upcoming tax, warranty etc. house related issues. One thing, we liked about her is that she is very professional. She is honest, optimistic, easily reachable, always prompt in responding and will do her level best to get you in your dream house as soon as possible. She has not left us stranded after buying the house. When we have any question about our house, she is just a text message away. Two words come to mind when I think of Christine Takacs; THE BEST! We began working with Christine in 2010 in search of our first home. She was VERY knowledgeable and VERY patient with us. After all the home searching, we had finally found the home we wanted. Unfortunately, in the end, things didnt go as planned (no fault of hers) and we were unable to move into our first home. In September of 2012, I contacted Christine to let her know that we were ready to start looking at homes again. In less than two weeks she was on it! Researching and sending homes for us to view. The amazing thing is she that remembered exactly what we were looking for from 2 years ago! She gave us the heads up on what to look for in a home and was even able to tell us what type of grass and flowers we could plant during certain times of the year. LOL! Buying a home now a days, plus being over age 60 can be more intimidating than when I purchased at a younger age. Million Dollar Service on a tight budget! Working with Christine Takacs was excellent. She was referred to me by a co-worker. I am in Aviation and often have an unpredictable schedule. Christine asked me for a wish list (which was long) and my price range (which was modest) and took it from there. We communicated via hundreds of emails when I was away. Her communication was clear and immediate. She really paid attention to my requests and referred me to an excellent lender. I appreciate that Christine remained upbeat and encouraging even though there were several disappointments along the way (going up against cash investors, difficulties with foreclosed titles).
