Chandler is a great realtor. We first started talking about the idea of selling our house. I was convinced we could do it alone. By the middle of the process I was totally convinced that we could NEVER have done for ourselves what Chandler helped us with.Chandler came over for our first meeting with so much information for us to review including area comps. In no time we had photos done and the house was listed. There was a lot of interest in our house and we went under contract quickly. The next steps were scary for us as we, as home sellers, had never done this part. We ended up needing to have some work done for our home to pass inspection and the process to continue. Chandler helped us in finding contractors and answered our many questions and uncertainties. Our home sold and she continued to send us potential properties. We went to many home viewings, some even twice. She was very patient, open and honest. We cannot say enough of the value in hiring a realtor in the process of selling and buying. Chandler was a great realtor to have in that process and I have recommended her to anyone else I hear talking about buying or selling.
