s first time home buyers, my husband and I thought we knew what we wanted in a home. During the process, we quickly came to realize what we actually wanted was very different than what we initially had in our minds. Throughout this process, Christine was extremely helpful, patient, understanding, and supportive. She helped lead us to finding our dream home. She was not only our real estate agent, she became part of our family. It was not uncommon for us to be searching reality sites early in the morning (we had a baby so were always up early) and text Christine with a desire to look at a house. We even texted her before 7 a.m. one Saturday morning about a house we saw that was just lowered in price. She was able to get us a tour of that home within 28 hours. That is the home we have lived in now for two years. Without her quick responsiveness and her fantastic negotiations, we may have missed our opportunity.Thanks Christine for helping us find not just a house, but our home.

Christine has been fantastic to work with. Once she understood what we were looking for she searched and took us out to look at several houses, until we found "our" house. She is highly professional, very responsive and knows what to look for in a house to help determine how much work may be needed, things we never would have thought to look at. She is very friendly and will answer any question. We never felt like we could not call her with our questions or concerns. I would highly reccomend Christine as an agent, no compliants at all.

Christine was FABULOUS! I purchased a foreclosure a few years ago and she worked with me throughout the entire tedious process, from negotiations and even after I took possession of the condo. Christine worked to MY best interest throughout, which helped make it a little easier.

In my process of looking for a house Christine was everything I was looking for in a realtor, I wanted someone that could answer all my questions, be patient with me and offer me several options as I wasn't sure what I really wanted until I got out there and started looking. She was more then accommodating with me considering we would look at 4-5 couple times of week while I was trying to see what was out there and what I liked. And not once did she ever give the feeling of being put off or try and talk me into buying something I didn't want ( b/c I am sure most realtors would have by now, or dropped me) b/c we were 4 months into the process already and I still hadn't even made an offer. I did finally find something I liked. The best compliment I could give Christine is that I have referred her to friends and peers at work even , and one peer just worked with her and bought a house also and couldn't have thanked me more, b/c she truly enjoyed her experience with Christine and liked her a lot and also said she would start referring her now too!! I would definitely highly recommend Christine to anyone!!!

Christine was our buying agent. We returned to Ohio after a fourth year absence so needed the help of someone knowledgeable about the area and current housing market. Christine listened to our needs and helped us narrow our home search; then she set up a website for us where she placed a listing of home that matched our criteria. We were able to flag homes that we wanted to see and she set up our house tours. Once we found a house we wanted to purchase, she was able to negotiate a sale price well below the asking price. She was also a great help to us in finding local tradesmen. We were very pleased with her personality and business acumen.

I feel that Christine has always been very professional, she has a great disposition for the job, she responds to questions in a timely manner and I would recommend her to anyone that is currently looking to buy or sell a home.

Christines recent email to me asserted that her team strives to go the extra mile and it prompted me to write this review. I was fortunate enough to blindly call Christine for a showing when I was searching for my first home. I do not use the term fortunate lightly. As she was my first encounter with real estate purchases, I only now realize that she is one-of-a-kind and makes the entire process as enjoyable as possible. Being a young woman, many realtors I encounter are rude and driven only by the bottom line. I have recently had one listing agent (incorrectly) assert that any houses I wanted would be out of my price range and to try a cheaper area when his listing was below my budget. Christine was never like thisshe spent many months finding the perfect house for me and refused to let me settle for something I wasnt in love with. She truly does go the extra mile in everything she does. She gets to know you and what you want in a home. Shell make you feel like part of the family and is not focused on the commissions shed get out of a deal. She is truly in it for her clients. Here are a few examples to illustrate my point: 1. She pretty much takes the attitude of if I wouldnt want my kids living here, I wont show you it. She correctly refused to show me homes, despite being more expensive, if she knew something was likely to go wrong (i.e. previously known water damage). 2. Her self-proclaimed momma bear mode went into full effect when the seller I was dealing with tried to back out of the home warranty agreed upon in the contract. She forfeited part of her commission to ensure it was included. 3. As a first time homeowner, I probably texted her questions for weeks after the purchase. She responded every time in a friendly and informative matter and even sends reminder post cards every few months (like to change the furnace filter). 4. Christine is a fantastic relator! After working with a less than helpful relator in a competitive market, my fianc and I were lucky enough to cross paths with Christine. She went above and beyond in every aspect of our first home buying experience including scheduling last minute showings, excellent communication with us (always answering any questions we had and providing her professional opinion), effective negotiation, and being an over-all genuine person. I would recommend Christine to anyone looking to purchase a home as we would not have ours if it was not for her!

Very easy to work with. I was a pregnant single mom looking for a house on a budget and on a strict time frame. She was able to help me find a great home for my two boys and she made the process easy for me when I truly needed it. Smart, professional, honest, and sweet.
