Chris was very helpful in our search for our new home in Port St Lucie. We moved down from New Jersey and didn't want to rush into buying the first home we saw. Chris took us around to see many, many homes. If we saw something online or from driving around, I knew I could call Chris anytime to set up a viewing or to give us his opinion of the area. Chris Young is without a doubt the best realtor on the Treasure Coast. I met Chris when I was looking at a house that he was selling. Even though I didnt buy the house he was very professional, answered numerous questions over several days, and was always available. I liked the encounter so much that when I found another house that I was interested in buying, I immediately called him to be my buyers agent. Chris represented us in buying our new house so well that we received over $7500 in repairs by the seller even though the contract was an as-is contract. He also negotiated a contract that was $15,000 less than the appraised value. Chris even went to an after-hours event and met with the sellers so that he could introduce himself as my agent and plead my case (as this was a hot property). Chris was so easy and professional to work with that we let him be the listing agent on selling our house. Chris helped us pick a competitive and fair market price that ultimately helped sell our house very quickly. I did shop several other realtors and had them do comps on my house. Chriss price was right in line with the others so I know that it was a fair market price. Chriss pictures and listing were so good that it made my wife cry looking at the house she was about to sell. There is no doubt the professionalism displayed in the listing helped make the property such a hot property. We had multiple (I believe over 8) offers within 4 days of the listing and had a contract within 6 days. The surprising part was that Chris had negotiated a contract $5,000 over our asking price. In summary, I dont think you could find a better realtor on the Treasure Coast. Chris was always available (I honestly texted or called him well over 200 times during both deals), professional, honest, hardworking, and detail orientated. He was a true pleasure to deal with and I would urge anyone looking for a realtor on the Treasure Coast to hire him.
