Chris Broz

Chris help us buy our first house and he was absolutely amazing. Now that I look back on the process I don't know we could have done it with out him. From the very beginning Chris was always available and also quick to respond to our emails and text messages. When we were searching for houses we had 2 different types in mind so instead of set up one search criteria will a lot of listing he separated them making an easy comparison for us saving us a lot of headaches. As we walked through the houses he knew everything about the physical structure and answer any question we had on the spot. If you decide to work with Chris you will see he was not in it for a quick sale and he will go out of his way to show you the holistic approach of buying a home and be with you every step of the way. One thing is for sure... I will not be buying or selling a house with out him.

I have bought and sold six properties before I met Chris Broz. I wish I had met him sooner. He always made me feel like a priority, made plenty of time for me, and obviously cared that my family and I made the right decision with our purchase. He never showed us anything out of our price range, or tried to talk us into something we were comfortable with. Someone who is too sales-y is a turn off, so I appreciated Chris's style. His honesty and expertise are invaluable. We were grateful for his excellent communication , assistance with helping us decide exactly what we want, and his exceptional negotiation skills. From the first showing, to our final walk-through, Chris was always there making it a great experience. There is no question that I will never use another realtor. He's the best!

Chris was an awesome person to work with for buying my first home. He always responded quickly to calls or Emails, made time in his schedule on short notice, clearly explained things that I didn't know as a first-time buyer, and just generally went above and beyond to help me to prepare and make the right decisions. He was also incredibly honest and down to earth throughout the entire process. 6 months later I don't think I could be happier with the house I got or the price I got it. I would recommend him to anyone.
