A Realtor for 22 years, I'm licensed in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. After initially working in commercial property, I discovered that I much preferred the personal side of residential real estate and I devoted myself to full-time residential sales in 1989. In addition to listing and selling residential real estate, I also manage the Patterson-Schwartz Newark Sales Center, with eighty agents and over $250 million in annual sales.
I'm proud to be a local New Castle boy, graduating from St. Peter's School, then Wilmington Friends School and then the University of Delaware where I obtained my BS in Business Administration.
