Christopher Choate

Chris helped me and my family out to the fullest! This man fought on our behalf from the application process until the closing! He is a truly an amazing agent! When I buy again, Chris will be my agent! I got nothing but love for you brother!

I met Chris while I was stationed in Alaska. A fellow veteran we hit it off as friends right off the bat. I came down on orders to colorado and Chris took me to lunch and explained the entire home buying process for me in rookie terms. He helped me with every step with a different realtor he recommended in colorado and linked me up with the right people. Now 2 years later I’m moving again and Chris happens to be in colorado again and while I’ve been deployed and TDY chris has gone above and beyond to prep my house and get it on the market for me while I’ve been gone even through hail storm repairs. After only 10 days on the market I am now under contract for over my asking price thanks to Chris’ hard work! I may sound biased because he and I have been friends for a couple years but Chris is not only a great man but a great realtor I would recommend to absolutely anyone whether it’s your first home or your tenth. You will not feel more appreciated by anyone else. Choose chris!
