I have experience in nearly all facets of real estate. I have a passion for working with and helping people. My goal within every transaction is to look out for my clients. I strive to get my sellers top dollar for their homes, but also to help them find legitimate and qualified buyers to prevent deals falling apart. When working with buyers I make sure to never add any pressure to buy. I want my clients to find the perfect home at the right price. Sometimes that happens in the first home we see and sometimes it takes awhile. Patience is important on both sides of a transaction and I have plenty of it. This is a commission based business, but a good agent should always be more concerned about saving you money as apposed to stuffing his or her pockets with your hard earned dollar.
