    • Early this spring my husband and I worked with Chris to find a new home. Due to changing demands of our health, we were forced to look for a home with specific characteristics (one floor, etc), and we needed to move FAST! Chris was awesome. He worked with us constantly to find the right home for the entire process - from financing to the final close. He even found a tenant for our old home, which became a rental property. Truly my husband and I believe we could never have found another realtor who gave us so much help when we needed it the most.

    • When I started looking for a home, I went to Chris because he had helped my parents get the house that they currently live in. Before that, my aunt was the one who'd recommended Chris to my parents. True story. I've technically known Chris since I was 14-years-old and now that I'm 28, he's still in the business, so I hope that helps emphasize he has a lot of experience. When it was finally time for me to move out of my parents, I went to him because my parents were very happy with him. When he and I started shopping around for a condo, Chris was all over it. I can't stress how important it is for me that my agent communicate with me. After all, buying a home is a huge part of anybody's life. He answered all the questions I had, he kept me in the loop, he threw around ideas, he followed up with me frequently, we visited so many places and he worked hard looking for a home suitable for me and to my specifications which is not easy to do in a market with low inventory as it was in the time we were looking for a home. Chris constantly made himself available to look for houses with me around my working hours. We shopped from early summer last year till spring this year. We were actually in escrow and I was so close in getting a condo I really really wanted. Unfortunately, the deal fell through mostly because of issues with the sellers which made the process very difficult (they were a couple going through a nasty divorce and I felt like I indirectly got caught in their complicated situation). Needless to say, shopping for homes can be very exhausting and I ended up moving in with my girlfriend after I had little choice but to cancel my escrow. Chris was even there to help me try to get money that I'd lost because of the sellers. I told Chris (and my girlfriend agrees with me because she also saw how efficient Chris is) that if she and I start shopping again, he is the first one we're going to. I feel it's worth noting that my girlfriend also strongly feels that Chris would be the best choice for us due to the fact that she works in escrow (not with Chris's company) and though she knows many agents from her company, she'd rather choose Chris. He's definitely a top agent as far as I'm concerned and would recommend him to anyone who's serious about buying or selling a home.
