Chris Dennison and Brain Rippley at Assist to Sell provided fantastic service to me during my recent home purchase. They were very helpful throughout the entire process... from finding a home during a chaotic market to closing on my home. When the mortgage broker that we choose failed to complete their part of the transaction in a timely manner Chris helped push the broker until there was resolution, a job he did not have to do, but did anyway. On top of being very helpful, Chris provided great advice and insight during the house search. He never pressured or told us just what we wanted to here. They are one of the very few realtors that I have met that have Morals that they follow. They do not just look at their bottom line, they want what is best for us as well.
