We reached out to Chris Fellerman & Christy Fellerman after seeing one of the townhome in our neighborhood sold within the first week of listing. We called late one night and spoke with Chris Fellerman on the phone... we told him that we were interested in selling our townhome and would like their help. We setup a meeting with Chris Fellerman and met up with him the same week. Chris Fellerman did an amazing job during our first meeting. He gave us a run-down of the process. He helped us priced our home to sell quickly. He was realistic when he told us our home will sell within the first few days of listings.His team reached out to us within a couple days, we met with his stager the same week, and got our house cleaned and ready for pictures the next following Tuesday. This all happened within a week and a half the photo(s) and the listings went up on Wednesday - our showing was on Sunday and we received multiple offers.We couldnt believe how quickly everything were moving as soon as we accepted one of the offers, Chris was with us the entire time responding quickly to our messages and taking us out for showings. He was very patience with us while we nick pick our way through the showings. He stayed positive and provided feedbacks to help us find the right home. The Chris and Christy Group made it seamless. We found a dream home and accepted offer within 3 days. They were upfront about any potential road bumps we could face due to the strict timing, but we never faced one. They were optimistic, friendly, and professional on every account. Speaking of, I likely owe them a batch of cookies for their special treatment. Highly recommended. FYI, i'm a stickler for good customer service
