John worked with us through a complicated short sale purchase and he was professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in helping us secure our home.

I was a first time home buyer and John made sure to make the process as simple as possible for me. The day I met John he e-mailed me several homes within an hour and was always available for my questions even late at night or on the weekends. John was very helpful and knowledgeable about every property I was interested in. I had a lot of issues between myself and the seller of the home that John took the time to resolve. I was incredibly happy with my whole home buying experience and that was all due to having John as my realtor. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the market for a new home. He has already helped a friend of mine find a new place.

John helped my wife and I buy our first home together in January. He also guided us through the process of renting out my wife's condo and has procured a tenant within two weeks of listing it twice so far. I can not recommend him strongly enough. John set us up with Bob Deiorio at residential home funding, who was amazing and helped us get a great rate, and worked with us when we needed an extension due to the seller and rates were rising fast. Buying a home is usually extremely stressful, and some contingency always arises at the last minute. In our case the seller left the country the day before closing. It doesn't get much worse than that. John was constantly chasing down my attorney, the seller's attorney, the seller's agent, the seller's family members, and updating us whenever anything happened. John, his contacts, and tenacity were what enabled us to purchase the home that my wife and I had always wanted. Thank you.

John is a consummate professional. His connections in the area made the quick sale of our home possible. He was there every step of the way. If you're selling a home in and around the Hackettstown area make sure you speak with him as you interview other realtors. John knows his stuff.

John was able to get us a great deal on our new home. We had a rather large area to search and was very knowledgeable in three different counties. We are very thankful for his ability to guide us through the entire process, and even stay in touch with us after the closing to make sure everything was still going smoothly.

John was steadfast in his ability to keep me going when I though that the market was dead. He was able to bring me an offer above my bottom line and kept it together through a few hurdles that the inspectors shot at us. I recommend him to everyone trying to sell their home.

From the moment we started looking at homes John was there to help us and was always honest. He stuck by us through a not so easy closing process. Honestly if it wasn't for John I don't know that we would have bought the house we did but we are so happy it all worked out. John was great to work with but most of all he is a great guy. He kept me up to date through out the whole process. Very professional. Not a "cheesy used car sales person" like one I interviewed.

John is very knowledgeable about the market values and about houses in general, standing apart from most realtors. He always answers his phone and is very responsive. He is very diligent and thinks ahead to make sure everything is covered. We sold our house very quickly at full price with him.

We have worked with John 4 times. We have purchased 2 homes with John's help and have hired him to lease out our townhouse as well. Both time's with having John as our listing agent on our townhouse, we had renters in the home within two months. As for buying a home, he would always answer and explain any questions we would have. He was also very helpful in determining a fair market value before we would place any offer. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in or around Warren county.
