So many wonderful things to say about Chris, where do we begin. So let's start from the beginning. He was personable from the start. His use of technology by utilizing videos to communicate with us made him stand out on our search for a buyers realtor right away. We confirmed that he was the one for us on our first showing. He was honest and responsive every step of the way. We appreciate that he pointed out flaws in the houses that we saw so that we knew what we were getting into. He helped us navigate this COVID-19 market and the highs and lows of a sellers market. He was there when we put bids in on homes with 20 plus offers and in the end it was his negotiating skills that got us a great deal on our first home which we love. And even when things did not go as planned with our settlement due to the mortgage company he went above and beyond for us and helped us navigate those waters as well. If there were 10 stars we would give a 10 star review. Chris always says real estate is emotional and it definitely is and we feel we have not only gained a new home but a new friend in Chris Nelson.
