Chris did a great job in managing the sale of my house. He helped me in determining some updates for my home which made it more competitive with new construction and other houses in the area. He was very knowledgeable in setting the sales price and marketing the house which enabled me to get a great offer. We had a quick closing with no issues to complete the process. He also assisted me in locating my current home and worked to negotiate a great price. I would recommend Chris for all your real estate needs.
I recently worked with Chris to sell my house in Marietta, GA. I had lived in the house for 12 years when I decided to move and it needed to be updated.
