The above ratings are only just a beginning of a Rave Review for Chris Seniker. This was my first "true" real-estate experience as my prior homes were ones that I had constructed. As part of that I experience I worked with a realtor to sell my home in WI and blessed to have Chris as my realtor in IL. The realtor styles were complete opposites and I would not have been able to complete it without Chris' expertise, patience, understanding, support and willingness to accommodate my schedule for home viewings. Knowing that I had a 13+ hour round-trip and hotel stays each time I traveled to Illinois to search for my home Chris made sure to maximize the schedule allowing me to view a variety of styles of homes so he could determine my wants and needs for a home. He provided assistance in pointing out potential concerns, providing sound advice on my offers and researching the city regulations as my son has multiple pets to ensure we would be compliant, and I was unfamiliar with the area provided several options for me to contact for home inspections, insurance, services such as garbage removal, cable/sattellite, handy-men etc. Due to delays in the sale of my WI home we lost our contingency on our first home offer, had issues with the inspection on the second offer and the final offer was accepted just four weeks from my move date. Through all of this Chris was supportive and ensured me that he would be able to find me the right home and he was successful. Chris went above and beyond assisting us with obtaining permission for my son to move in his aquariums and acquatic life the night prior to the signing of the final sale paperwork. He even spent several hours late into the night assisting my son in setting the aquariums up and then had over an hour drive to his home. Chris is not only an expert in real-estate knowledge but is an expert in ensuring that the experience in finding your home is positive. He was always responsive, honest, encouraging, uplifting with a great sense of humor which was needed during some of the rough patches in the process (those occurred due to the realty experience on the WI end). He was not "pushy" to complete the sale but kept the process focused so that I ultimately did find HOME. When I first drove up to the house I did purchase I knew it would be HOME before walking in.If I have any future real-estate needs in Illinois I will definitely look for Chris to be my realtor and I have been and will continue to tell others about the positive experience I had with him as my realtor.

Don't know what we would have done without Chris!! Found ourselves in a pinch. Thought we had a house, for sale by owner, and they backed out at the last minute. We needed a house in a bad way (living in a hotel from out of town with my family). Chris went right to work! Found us the perfect house in no time! Highly recommend Chris!
