During spring of 2018 my wife and I retired; relocating to the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. Our house in Hephzibah was listed with Chris Tyson and Larry Miller Century 21. Chris was able to get a good price within 2 weeks of listing. However, that offer fell through with no fault to Chris. Less than one week later Chris received another offer and handled the negotiations. Having already moved to Mississippi the house needed some repairs. Chris went above and beyond normal realtors responsibilities and acted as our representative and insured the repairs were completed. Chris was fantastic! He was able to speak to me in plain terms so that I could understand the more complex aspects of buying a home as a first time homebuyer. He was organized and efficient allowing us to see as many properties that met our specifications without wasting our time with homes we just didnt love. He also helped us see things we hadnt noticed on our own. I am happy to say that we found our dream home in record time, thanks to him being proactive and determined to make this happen for us.
