Christopher was excellent. His knowledge and experience is top line. He communicated well every week and when we received an offer the phone call was immediate. He worked with us through a small repair found during the inspection and kept the buyer's agent informed so we did not lose the sale. We received an offer and closed the sale in a total of seven weeks.

Christopher was very helpful in our ~6 month home search and was very responsive. He helped us find some areas which might fit our needs since we knew little of the area after relocating from VA to FL. We had a little trouble figuring out what we required versus what would be nice but after Chris showed us a number of houses we were able to sort it out. He patiently worked through some homes that were difficult to get showings for. He was willing to give feedback and thoughts but was never pushy. He kept us informed throughout some difficult negotiations/issues and helped keep the stress pretty low. If we had any misc questions or needs he would help find info or let us know of someone he knew that might be of help. I'm not sure we will need to move again but I'd recommend him to our kids since they will have to move out someday :)

This experience was a million times better than the last ones and Chris treated me a million times better than the last folks.What is typically a chaotic event, was not extremely bad on myself or my family due to Chris' thoroughness, knowledge, and established processes.The Selling Process:Due to the fantastic pictures and great description of the home, along with us putting a good product out there, we had an acceptable offer in hand within hours of listing. Chris tried to tell me to ask for more on the initial offer, and I likely could have got it. However, I was so thrilled to be over the first hurdle, I settled. I should have taken his advice! After the offer was accepted, we were thrown a huge curveball during the inspection of the home we were selling. Chris was able to maneuver us through all of the right channels and in to the clear as we had to re-pipe the house. Then through the process, Chris communicated very thoroughly with where we and the buyers were at, to the best of his knowledge. He had numerous communications going to them and back to us, especially when we were trying to figure out the re-pipe situation. He could have hung up his shoes and backed down after finding our house had Poly Piping, but instead he pushed the entire process forward with no letting up. Near to closing, we discovered that the buyers did not send their lender the proper documents and we almost couldn't close on time. Chris worked with myself and others to get info we needed to the buyers which we had already previously provided to them well in advance. Chris was always on top of his game and I always felt like I had the superior realtor in the deal.Buying Process:Chris never once tried to get me to raise my price from where I thought I should bid on my home, nor did he try to influence any decision I had in a negative way. He was always looking out for me and for my better interest. He helped us view numerous homes and always found time to get us to where we wanted to be. During the bidding process, he helped set up a fantastic deal. Initially, we bid extremely low, which I knew was much lower than would likely be taken. Chris actually said that I was being aggressive, but agreed to send the bid as it was reasonable. I believe we actually only ended up paying 10k more than our original offer, which was crazy aggressive. I Paid 350k on a house that appraised for 360k and was listed for 369k. To my knowledge, this is almost unheard of with the market the way it is. None the less, even if it is not the greatest deal in the world, Chris' job is to make me feel confident in my purchase. He has done just that. Additionally, Chris' other job is to make sure I am ready to move in on the closing date and make sure I know how the process works, he also did that. There is not another realtor that I could think of that can be this thorough.In closing, I would truly like to thank Chris for helping me and my family buy our dream home. Your professionalism, knowledge, processes, and drive to work hard was second to none.

It is hard to chose a seller's agent. In this market it seems as if the agents all want to fill you with false promises and high real estate fees. Many agents I interviewed wanted to sell the house but suggested a listing price of 15-20% less than where we wanted to list. Chris agreed that our price was fair and actually a little low and we thought he was crazy after the low ball estimates we received from other agent. Within a week of putting it on the market, we had a full price offer! If it wasn't for their financial institution, we would have closed. However, two weeks later we had a near full price offer again and shortly thereafter, we closed. Chris will work hard and fight for his customers. When you chose a realtor, chose one that has been able to preserve purchase your price and maintain reasonable overall transaction fees. I would highly recommend him and will use him for all future transactions in the North Tampa / Land O Lakes area.

This was my first time buying a house and I couldn't have been more pleased with my real estate agent Chris. From day one he went through the steps how the process worked and I felt very safe using him and as a first time buyer that's very important. We were looking at approx 20-25 houses until I found the one I really liked.
