I chose Christy based upon her online rating, and her wonderful telephone presence- and I am SO happy I did! While searching for the right home, Christy paid careful attention to exactly what I was looking for, and brought me listings that were EXACTLY what I'd hoped for. Once we found The One, Christy made sure to set me up with the *best* mortgage lender, and essentially held my hand throughout the entire process. I had a number of questions, and was super anxious throughout, but Christy took the time to answer all of my questions thoughtfully, and without making me feel silly. To say that she went above and beyond would be an understatement! On any given day and at any given time, I knew I could count on Christy to be there for my questions/concerns/needs. At one point, she actually dropped by the HOA office to see what she could do to move the sale along for me! THANK YOU Christy for the enormous amount of hard work you put into closing on this house. Great knowledge of the areas and the whole process of buying a home. We are first time home buyers and didn't have a clue where to start. Christy sat down with us at the beginning and walked us through the whole process of how it works. we had tons of questions and morning, night, or weekends, we got a response back. We put offers in and were beat out on three other occasions (because we didn't bid high enough) and she never gave up. She kept us positive and said it wasn't meant to be. All worked out in the end are so glad to find that place we now call home. She has an amazing team (Inspector, Lawyers, etc.) that she works with and would recommend anyone to use them as it made the closing process very smooth. The Inspector she has on her team searched out house high and low during the inspection. He crawled through our dirt crawl space and found a structural issue that I am not so sure all would have found. Christy is an honest and trustworthy agent and loves to see people get what they want. She wants to see people happy and I will be recommending everyone who asks to call her. Thank you so much!

Christy sent us the listing for the house we bought the day it was posted, and it really checked all of the boxes: cute yard, porch, 3 bedrooms, right outside of Hunterdon County AND below budget. She was super flexible when it came to meeting us for all of the walk-throughs, and was readily available to pop over to the house for us whenever we needed prior to our closing. She always responded to our questions within an hour or two and was very knowledgeable regarding the entire process. She helped me stay optimistic but was always honest about our options. We also went with Christys recommended mortgage person and attorney and had great experiences with them as well. Christy really made the process of buying a house as stress-free as it can be.
