We were truly lucky to find Christy. As first time home buyers from out of town with a toddler in tow, i dont know how we couldve done with someone else. She was patient with us when we looked at 15+ houses in 3 days, while our son wanted to go up and down the stairs of every house, she was responsive and knowledgeable in ways I didnt even know we needed to be. She went above and beyond for us, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Every time we come to our new house our son says "See Christy?" she even made an impact on him. Absolutely fantastic experience working with Christy Taylor in February/March of 2017 finding our first home in Philadelphia. We had a very tight schedule and she not only made it work, but we were able to move our close date forward by a week after our loan was secured. She is very motivated and incredibly easy to work with. Really cannot say enough good things about working with Christy. We interviewed several realtors our first week on the house hunt and we a strong gut feeling about Christy. Turns out we were wise to go with our gut instinct. Christy helped my wife and I to buy our first home in Philly in summer 2017. We were working with a small budget and required seller and state assistance, but Christy always made us feel incredibly important and valued. She was available to us for hundreds of emails, phone calls, and showings. It took a lot of effort and searching to finally find our perfect first home, and she stuck with us all the way! Christy was there for us every step of the way. She is quick to respond to emails or text messages. She gave up a great deal of her Saturday's and Sunday's because we could only see houses in Philadelphia on the weekends; the entire process was about 5 months. There were times that she even went to see houses for me when I wasn't there and gave me a critique on the house. I would highly recommend Christy when you have real estate needs.
