Back in 2020 I moved to NH and was paired with Christyn after looking around for a realtor who made me feel comfortable. Buying my house was an incredibly easy process with her so it was only common sense that we used her again in 2022 to sell this house! NH just didn't suit my husband and myself at all and we went on the journey to move to Nevada. Now the selling side was extremely difficult and everything that could have gone wrong did! We went through 5 separate buyers all who backed out, we found our house had a bad septic, we had credit problems, this is all on top of running a reptile rescue and having 8 dogs so showing the home was a nightmare each time. Through this we never lost hope thanks to Christyns positive attitude and her quickness to help us out at every single corner and wall we hit. This was not an easy sale at all and if we didn't have Christyn we would still be stuck in that NH house. She went above and beyond when we were having issues with a realtor on the west side and found us a realtor who is just as attentive as she is and we were able to find a house quickly! Her knowledge is invaluable, her network is worth its weight in gold and just Christyn in general is a godsend. In the end we got near close to the amount we wanted for a house from the 1800s, although we will not profit from it due to issues completely unrelated to Christyn, yet we are still extremely happy with our outcome. Thanks for the past year of this house sale! We couldn't have done it without you. You're an amazing realtor and a great friend.
