My sister inherited a house in Pico Rivera, Ca. and wanted to sell it but since she lives in Oregon, I had to do it for her. Chuck Chavez was recommended by a friend. He listed and sold the house right away but we had a problem with the tenant. She refused to move out or pay rent. She remained in the house 8 months without paying rent. All this time, Chuck Chavez had to deal with the tenant, the seller, the buyer, the attorney and the courts. The house is a small house and not really worth a lot of money, so he wasn't to get a lot out of this sale. But he worked hard, kept both me and my sister informed throughout the ordeal, and made sure everything was done according to the laws of the State so we would not have any more problems afterward. I am happy to recommend Chuck Chavez for all those qualities listed above, and because he delivers his services in a very professional manner.
