Chuck and his team helped us buy our new home in Seattle and sell our existing home in Woodinville. We were originally going to use a local broker to sell our home, but Chuck asked that we give him and his team a chance to talk to us about how they would approach selling and marketing our home and we decided to go with them, and were very happy we did.Chuck is knowledgeable about and familiar with Seattle and many of the surrounding areas and was able and willing to show us homes over the course of a few months that ranged from Edmonds to Seward Park and many areas in between. We like that he was patient with us as we took our time to find just the right place.Chuck was at our home during all phases of the selling process, making sure we were well represented in our marketing and sales efforts, including open houses and video recordings.
